Lake Manitoba Resort Winter Golf Simulator

Our TruGolf simulator launches November 21st, bringing a completely new winter golf experience to Lake Manitoba Resort. Whether you are looking to keep your swing sharp, enjoy a night out with friends, or take part in our new winter competitions, the simulator offers a warm and fully equipped environment to keep golf alive all season long.

The simulator is open Wednesday to Sunday, offering weekly challenge nights, open tee times, league play, and tournaments throughout the winter. Our restaurant is ready with great food and beverage options for guests to enjoy before, during, or after their round.

Simulator Rates and Booking Information

The simulator is available at a rate of thirty five dollars per hour. The hourly rate applies to the bay, not per player, making it ideal for solo practice, groups, or full foursomes. Simulator play typically takes about one hour per player for eighteen holes, depending on pace and experience, so guests are encouraged to plan their rounds accordingly.

Open booking is available Wednesday through Sunday. League play schedules will be announced shortly, and the simulator calendar may adjust based on league nights once registration begins.

The Winter Hole in One Challenge at LMR

Beginning November 21st, guests can take part in our winter Hole in One Challenge every Friday and Saturday from 5 to 8 pm. This series serves as the prequel to the much anticipated Hole in One Challenge at LMR launching in 2026.

Guests who join us for dinner will receive five shots at our ninety five yard par three, the same distance used in next season's on course event. The first player to record an ace during the evening will win a one thousand dollar pro shop gift card. Additional attempts can be purchased in sets of five for five dollars, with all entries contributing to the gift card pot.

Each evening, the player who finishes closest to the pin will qualify for five attempts in the Hole in One Challenge at LMR when it officially begins in early 2026. The prize pot for the on course event will start at ten thousand dollars at the beginning of next season. The winter series offers players an early opportunity to compete, warm up, and earn a place in the official challenge.

Club Fittings and Equipment Services

The LMR Pro Shop is equipped to offer full club fitting services throughout the winter. Guests can book fittings for PING, TaylorMade, and Callaway equipment. Our staff will help players determine the best fit for their game using industry leading fitting tools and the accuracy of the simulator.

This winter is also an ideal time to explore the newest product launches from each of these major brands. With several new lines arriving ahead of the 2026 season, players are encouraged to schedule fittings early to ensure the right equipment is ready for spring.
